We are delighted to share our catering guide with you! From morning breakfast buffets and freshly brewed coffee to a casual feast and elegant hors d’oeuvres, these pages are filled with fresh and contemporary menus. These represent only a starting point, however. Our commitment to you is to customize menus as needed for any occasion. Whether your event is a breakfast meeting, a faculty luncheon or a retirement party, you will find that we offer fresh ingredients, creative preparations, elegant presentation, and thoughtful service. We would be pleased to help you design a menu for your next event.

If you are planning to host an event on campus with food from an outside vendor, you must request a waiver through dining@uwec.edu

If you would like your event to be donated by Blugold Dining, please fill out the Donation Request form and send it to dining@uwec.edu.

Your first step is to contact the Event Services staff at 715-836-5631 to reserve the room facilities you need.

As a member of the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, we can place the resources of Eau Claire's hospitality community at your disposal. We especially welcome non-profit organizations to consider the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire for weekend and summer meetings, conferences and conventions.
