Planning an event on campus? Whether you're a student, faculty, staff, or a guest hosting an event on campus, our catering team is ready to help! We offer a variety of menu options, from breakfast and coffee service, to lunches, receptions, special events, conferences, and more! Browse our catering website for ideas, and if you don't see exactly what you're looking for, we're happy to work with you to create a menu that fits your needs.

Your first step is to contact the Event Services staff at 715-836-5631 to reserve the room facilities you need.

As a member of the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, we can place the resources of Eau Claire's hospitality community at your disposal. We especially welcome non-profit organizations to consider the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire for weekend and summer meetings, conferences and conventions.
