We are delighted to share our catering guide with you! From morning breakfast buffets and freshly brewed coffee to a casual feast and elegant hors d’oeuvres, these pages are filled with fresh and contemporary menus. These represent only a starting point, however. Our commitment to you is to customize menus as needed for any occasion. Whether your event is a breakfast meeting, a faculty luncheon or a retirement party, you will find that we offer fresh ingredients, creative preparations, elegant presentation, and thoughtful service. We would be pleased to help you design a menu for your next event.

Flavours by Sodexo

Our Flavours menu offers you endless options to add fun and sophistication to any event. We invite student organizations to utilize our Elements menu for your unique catering events. For more information, or to place your order, please contact Terri Knudtson or call (715) 836-2632.

Your first step is to contact the Event Services staff at 715-836-3882 to reserve the room facilities you need.

As a member of the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, we can place the resources of Eau Claire's hospitality community at your disposal. We especially welcome non-profit organizations to consider the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire for weekend and summer meetings, conferences and conventions.

To assure the highest quality service, please notify us at least ten working days in advance for dinners, luncheons or large receptions. For small receptions, coffees or takeout orders, five working days notice is requested. A guaranteed count is requested three days before the event.
