Plan Options
If would like to purchase a meal plan or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please visit the Blugold Card Services Office located on the lower level of the Davies Center. For questions about billing, call 715-836-4070 or email blugoldcard@uwec.edu. If you have a question about the meal plans offered, please call Blugold Dining Office at (715) 836-5261 or dining@uwec.edu.
All students who are required to have a meal plan but did not sign up will be assigned the Gold Flex Meal Plan. Window to change meal plans required either physically going to the Blugold Card Services office and filling out a form or e-mailing the Blugold Card Office at BlugoldCard@uwec.edu to request a change. Students are asked to include the plan they would like, in addition to their Blugold ID, in the e-mail. The deadline to request a change for Spring 2026 semester is FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2026 at 4:00 pm. NO changes will be accepted after that deadline.
On-Campus Dining Meal Plan Options
Click Enter to see the detailsGold Flex Meal Plan Dine on upper or lower campus. The upper campus dining portion of this plan includes three visits a day to Riverview Café in Hilltop Center. You can choose any food you like, for seven days a week from 7 am - 8:30 pm in Riverview Cafe. On lower campus you will be able to choose one block (combo) meal per weekday. You will also get 50 Meal Plan Dollars per semester to spend at any of our campus dining locations.
Blue Meal Plan Dine on upper or lower campus. This plan offers two meals per weekday on upper or lower campus, and unlimited weekend dining on upper campus. Monday through Friday, choose two block meals per day. These two meals can be either on lower or upper campus. Beginning Friday at 4pm and all day Saturday and Sunday until 8:30 pm, you can come as often as you want and eat what you want at Riverview Café in Hilltop Center. You will also have 50 Meal Plan dollars per semester to spend at any campus dining location.

50 block meals and 50 Meal Plan Dollars to spend at any campus dining location. Unused Block Meals and Flex 50 Dollars expire at the end of the academic year. They do not roll over to future semesters. No refunds will be issued for unused blocks or Flex 50 Dollars. Purchase in the Blugold Card Services Office or online at e-Accounts. Last day to purchase this plan is Feb 28, 2026.
Diner's Club - Price Variable You choose the deposit amount. Dine at any campus location. Receive a 10% discount at The Dulany Inn in Davies Center.
For the Spring Semester 2026, the Bonus day will be the following: -Tuesday, February 10. Members will get 10% of their money back. Minimum of $100 deposit
Please note that for Bonus Day, instead of physical gift cards, Blugold Dining switched to a "gift card account" under one's university account where the money will be added to.
If participating on Bonus Day, you can deposit money in person at the card office on 2/10/26 from 8 am - 4 pm, or online anytime until 11:59 pm to receive 10% back under your gift card account on e-accounts.
Please note: When checking out at any of our Dining locations, you will have to notify the cashier that you are using your gift card balance. Otherwise, it will be deducted from your Diner's Club balance.
